Food Grade Braided PVC Tubing is a lightweight PVC hose with braided polyester reinforcement. The braided polyester reinforcement adds a robust element to this hose, making it a higher working pressure capacity and suitable for many applications. The clear PVC construction enables easy flow monitoring, while the textile reinforcement ensures the hose remains robust and durable even under extreme pressure.
Food Grade Braided PVC Tubing
Food grade PVC tubing uses DOTP and ATBC to make the hose flexible which is an organic compound and a non-phthalate plasticiser, which can meets FDA requirements for use with liquid food transfer or light chemical transfer applications.
Construction
Crystal clear PVC compound, formulated with food grade ingredients in compliance with applicable FDA(03) requirements, RoHS(15) criteria. Braiding reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn and longitudinal blue tracer yarns for identification.
