The hose is a three layer structure, inside and outside the two layers is soft PVC, the middle layer is a steel wire reinforced structure, or steel wire or spiral steel wire, and copper wire inserted into the hose, the internal increase in the steel layer to cause PVC pipe strength, distortion, quality and other aspects of a change in the modified or enhanced PVC pipe. This hose can avoid the block of the flowing in the hose due to static, then protect user from getting electric shock.
