Precautions For Using
Be sure to use Clear PVC braided tubing within the specified temperature and pressure range.
The product used should be suitable for the loaded fluid. Please use it above its minimum bending radius.
- When applied to powders and granules, please enlarge its bending radius as much as possible to reduce the possible wear and tear on the hose.
- Do not use it in an extremely bent state near metal parts. ·
- Do not put the hose in direct contact with or near an open flame.
- Do not crush the pipe with a vehicle, etc.
- Please select a metal connector suitable for the hose size and its assembly.
The service life is largely affected by the characteristics of the fluid, temperature, flow rate, and pressure. If abnormal signs are found in the pre-operation inspection and regular inspection, please stop using it immediately and repair or replace with a new hose.
